DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes, BKA does require you to create an account for online purchases. This allows you to track or edit your orders, and to personalise all subsequent communications and other marketing you may be interested in the future.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Once your payment has been processed, delivery can take up to 5 working days within the borders of South Africa. To major centres it can take up to 3 working days.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES NOT IN GOOD ORDER?
Our delivery company will take all necessary precautions to ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in good order. If however your order arrives “not in good order”, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is despatched with our delivery company, tracking details will be emailed to you with links and contact details for tracking.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we only process orders within the borders of South Africa. However, if you wish to order from territories outside the borders of South Africa, please contact us directly to arrange an international shipping quote.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We use door-to-door courier services with preferred delivery companies, directly to your chosen physical delivery address. However, you are welcome to request alternative delivery services either of your own choice or of other options that we can provide. You can also purchase products on our website to secure and collect physically from our store.

Direct Bank transfer:
You can make an EFT payment directly into our Nedbank account through your online banking service.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?
You can at any time, before despatch of your order with our delivery company, cancel your order. If you have created an account, you can login and edit the status of your order, or you can email or phone us directly to request a cancellation or change in your order.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
