Board and Kite Africa Shipping Information
Board and Kite Africa (BKA) uses First Freight Couriers (Pty) Ltd (FFC) to deliver all online orders within the borders of South Africa. FFC offer a door to door service to all major centres as well as outlying locations. BKA has been using FFC for over 10 years to deliver orders to locations in South Africa, with exceptional service.
Shipping costs are based on the dimensions of products ordered, as well as the location within South Africa. In general larger/heavier items cost more to deliver as well as locations that are further away from main centres.
Please note shipping rates do vary over time, and BKA reserves the right to change/updates shipping costs at any time.
Currently BKA only ships online orders within the borders of the Republic of South Africa (RSA). If you wish to ship to a location other than RSA, you may place your order online and arrange an international shipping service directly with BKA.
- Economy Road Freight: To all locations in South Africa excluding Cape Town Area
- Local Delivery: To all locations within the Cape Town Area.
- Store Pickup: Customer arranges their own collection from BKA shop.
- Other services: Customers arranges alternative shipping services (like PostNet,
SAPO, Overnight Express) directly with BKA.
Shipping times are estimates of number of working days from collection till delivery.

Once your online order is processed, you will be notified by your account email that a collection has been booked with First Freight Couriers. Thereafter you will receive regular email notifications of the delivery status up to and until you receive the order.
If you do not receive any emails regarding your order, please check your Spam and Junk Mail folders. If you still do not receive any email notifications, please contact BKA to investigate.
BKA uses appropriate packaging for the contents of online orders, and will use protection where needed. Where many items are ordered in one order, items will be packed in as few boxes/packages as possible. BKA re-uses packaging materials for shipping goods wherever possible to reduce impact on the environment.
If you experience any issues with your delivery such as unreasonable delays, not receiving any email notifications, inappropriate service from the couriers or damaged/missing items that you ordered, please contact BKA to investigate immediately.
