We hope that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you can return your purchase to us from 7-30 days* for a full refund or store credit if you prefer. Please take note of our return & refund conditions below.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS

  • Email/phone us or send us a message to inquire if you qualify for a return
  • If you are approved for a return, please follow these steps:
    • Package the product(s) in the boxing they were supplied with
    • Enclose original purchase receipt and any other documentation supplied
    • Contact us to arrange for collection by our couriers

EXPECTED CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS

  • In original packaging and unused where applicable on any NEW products purchased
  • In the case of used goods, return in same condition as supplied
  • In the case of damaged goods please return in damaged state for inspection
  • If goods are returned not in the conditions stipulated above, applicable re-stocking fees will be charged as per below:

REFUND OR IN-STORE CREDIT?

Once a return has been approved, subject to any return changes as stipulated above, you are entitled to a refund, exchange or store credit.
In the case of a monetary refund, we will refund you according to how your online payment was processed:

  • Card: We will refund to the card you used to make the purchase
  • EFT: We will process an EFT into your chosen bank account

Refunds will be processed by us within 2-3 working days of approval of the return.
